ReGenerations Adult Day Care Providers
Requirements: 1. Must have high school or equivalent diploma. 2. Must provide results of a physical examination conducted within the last six months. 3. Must provide a negative report of a tuberculin test conducted within the preceding six months of employment. 4. Must have an understanding of Adult Day client's special needs. Job Duties A. Adult Day Care Providers will be responsible for attending to the daily needs of all Adult Day clients (i.e. assisting with activities of daily living, restroom, meal set-up, etc.). B. Adult Day Care Providers will observe the general mental and physical health of the client and report any noted changes to the Adult Day Coordinator or designee. C. Adult Day Care Providers will assist in group and individual restorative aide exercise plans and follow through with appropriate program. D. Adult Day Care Providers will be familiar with each Adult Day client's diagnosis and program schedule, assisting in all therapeutic and recreational projects. Adult Day Assistants will chart daily on each client, noting participation level and activities/programs attended. |
