We serve all ages and work as a team encouraging clients and family participation
through weekly interdisciplinary staffings, family conferences, and close communication
with physicians and referral agencies.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality of life by enhancing independence which allows
individuals to enter or remain an active part of home, family and community.

We welcome ideas and suggestions from the community.
